    for everyone commenting about the fat- i was eating 3-5x the daily recommended amount of fat every day. i was loading up on avocados, nuts, bacon, chicken thighs, and TONS of sunflower seed butter, everything cooked in butter, everything topped with olive oil. TRUST me. i was eating MORE FAT THAN I EVER WANNA EAT AGAIN IN MY LIFE, that was not the issue.

    Your week long test was stupid. If you had done any kind of research before jumping into it, you would have known that it is all about the fat. And that it's moderate protein, not high. Also, the side effects that you were so eager to mention are short term only in the beginning. After only 5 days, I don't believe that you are qualified to "not recommend" this way of eating to anyone because didn't even follow the keto way of eating correctly.

    It's probably your gallbladder. Unable to process a lot of fat. Causes pain, acid reflux , nausea , heart palpitations can be caused from the acid reflux.

    Gabbie I have struggle with my weight forever but you have helped me and I want to thank you I'm 13 years old now and I was very unhappy with my body so I stopped eating for 3 weeks (I only ate..I don't even remember😕) I became deeply depressed so I started self harming myself my teachers found out and told my mother. But when I watched your videos and how you were struggling with your body and other things I related but Gabbie you helped me and I wanted to say thank you❤️(and I hope you read this)and I love you gabbie thank you❤️❤️

    I think you went into this with very basic knowledge of the diet. There are plenty of things that you can eat, but it's hard when you aren't starting off with knowledge of what foods you can and cannot eat. The diet isn't "no carbs" it's low low carbs, so meat and cheeses and even veggies has carbs, but it's about limiting starchy, sugary foods. It's very easy once you understand it. Fat is a lever, use fat to keep your hunger at bay, moderate protein, and low carbs. :) Theres also lazy, dirty and strict keto. So you can still have your watermelon and even a sweet potato. Just don't eat 42 times a day lol. You also are supposed to eat until you are full, the Keto diet isn't a diet that leaves you starving after you've finished a meal ;) Also the "poops", you're getting fat adapted, you'll put your life out for the next 2 days, and than clear sailing. You're also not getting your electrolytes in and so that's another reason why you aren't feeling good. Next time you try this diet, do some more research! <3

    My 60 yo Gma, Aunt, and my Step mom are ALL ON KETO. My step mom looks really good and my Gma and Aunt live in cali and I don't see them often but they look really good. I was thinking about doing to Keto with my BFF but after seeing this,,,,, haha nah fam no thanks B

    Nice so you're a nutritionalist are you? Completely clueless and overall just rage-inducing watching how misinformed and uneducated you are. You probably weren't even in ketosis after 7 days and you could have made a bullet coffee or at the very least put heavy cream in it. I honestly think you should take this ridiculous video down because you influence many people and I have PCOS and this diet was a miracle to me and many others with it and those suffering insulin resistance.

    Yeah, my mom and my brother are on keto, but I’m not doing it and don’t want to do it cuz before you get into ketosis it’s not fun and ya feel gross. I’m a wimp, but whatever.

    I understand what you tried to do with this video, but the final product is horribly triggering for anyone who is struggling/has struggled with an eating disorder. I personally am working on recovering from one right now, and this video caused me to almost have a panic attack because of how triggering it was. Hearing you talk about how much you loved the way you look despite how little you were eating was disgusting. Showing the various parts of your body and how much smaller they have gotten is SO TRIGGERING. I understand that at the end of the video, you preached being healthy & how much better it is to be healthy, and that is appreciated. However, so many young people watch you and look up to you, and all it takes is you showing how much smaller your arm has gotten to send them on a downward spiral. The point of this video was well intentioned, however the execution could use some work. You need to be more aware of what you say & how you say it, because like I said, it’s extremely triggering, and you don’t know what effect you could have on someone watching.
